Job summary
Tailor made are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a leading service provider in health care. Due to continued success, they are seeking for an Appointment Booker/Administrator to join their team.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role:
• Contacting existing clients by telephone and email to arrange pre-scheduled onsite health surveillance appointments
• Working to KPI’s regarding volume of clients contacted and appointments booked
• Managing your own workload and creating follow up activities
• Working closely with the job scheduling team to ensure that schedules are created and confirmed efficiently and notifying the scheduling team when overnight accommodation is required
• Allocating the jobs booked to the technicians using the software
• Liaising with the technicians regarding jobs allocated to them, updates and amendments
• Using multiple programs and software
• Creating and issuing client service agreements using Signable
• Producing job timetables and emailing them to clients for completion and return
• Running and checking daily reports to confirm that all jobs are accurately booked
• Answering phone calls and email dealing with client enquiries
• Following GDPR guidelines – ensuring that clients and their employees’ information is safe and secure
• Cancelling and rescheduling appointments as required
• Carrying out a variety of admin duties and responsibilities as required
• Training on the internal computer systems will be given
The ideal candidate will:
About you:
• Previous experience in a customer focussed, telephone based role
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to self manage and prioritise to work within deadlines
• Proven client communication and customer service skills
• Problem solving to provide clients with replies and solutions to additional requests/queries via email and phone
• Excellent computer and organisation skills
