• Answer all incoming calls, transferring where necessary and assisting with queries
• General Office Administration
• Maintain and update database of current and potential customers
• General office administration duties
• Diary management
• Have experience within a similar role
• Be an excellent communicator and deliver exceptional customer service
• Be driven and enthusiastic with a great personality
• Be a competent user of Microsoft 365, Excel and Word
• Have excellent attention to detail
