Tailor Made Commercial are excited to be recruiting for a leading online retailer in Burnley. Trading for over 20 years and serving over a million public and trade customers. They are seeking a professional Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. You will act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers; answering incoming calls, emails and web chat messages. You will have exceptional customer service experience working within a contact centre or a people focused environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound call from customer regarding complaints or queries
    Responding to emails and live chat messages
  • Be proactive and seek out opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • You will have a pro-active relationship style that empathises with the customer’s issue
  • Remaining positive and calm with customers you will help by arranging returns, replacement products, investigating delivery issues, stock shortages, and fully resolving each customer’s specific issue
  • Ensure all information is logged onto the system

The ideal candidate will:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Retail Advisor, or Care Advisor
  • A passion to help customers
  • Empathy in consumer related issues
  • Confident decision maker
  • Calmness in handling difficult calls
  • Excellent attention to detail
