Tailor Made are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a well-established and fast-growing business in the Northwest. They are seeking a HR Systems Analyst on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. We are looking for someone on a fixed term basis (3-4 months) to assist with the implementation of an HR system (People HR). The initial basic rollout of the software will have taken place, but assistance is now required to fully migrate the HR processes for two sites in a way that utilises the functionality of the new software, whilst meeting the operational requirements of both sites. The Project Manager will need to work with stakeholders across the different departments of the business to define and document best practice solutions, that take account of stakeholder requirements and business objectives, minimise manual keying and the duplication of data in different systems, and maximise data accuracy, automation, and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading, directing, and evaluating and developing a team of 3-5 direct reports overseeing around 70 -120 staff to deliver first class customer experience whilst delivering all client K.P.I.’s
  • Ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time through effective workforce planning
  • Providing reporting and analytical support to the Senior Management Team
  • Directly managing the team managers and supporting sales and service executives to maintain an engaged and motivated team
  • Taking day to day responsibility for delivering against defined and agreed service levels and action plans, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and other departments
  • Developing and managing new campaigns from conception through to implementation as and when required
  • Carrying out people management responsibilities for team managers including completion of Personal Development Plans, performance management, identifying skills gaps, mentoring and coaching

The ideal candidate will:

  • Strong previous experience in similar leadership role
  • Strong communication, people management and motivational skills are essential
  • Ability to manage effectively under pressure
  • You will be comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You will be committed to productivity and compliance
  • Excellent organisational and leadership ability
  • Support, manage and implement the delivery of change related to project, regulatory and client requirements in line with the required timelines
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing practices and work priorities
